Is homework help ai actually okay to use or will profs fry me for it?

ok but real tip that helped me not get totally dependent on homework help ai:
when it gives you a solution, close the tab and try to re-do the SAME type of problem without looking.
if you can’t even start, you didn’t actually learn it, you just watched it happen 💀
i treat ai help with homework like watching someone solve a Rubik’s cube — cool, but unless i repeat it with my own hands, my brain saves nothing 😭

alsooo don’t sleep on theory questions
everyone uses ai help with homework for math problems, but i use it to check my explanations too
i write my own answer first, then paste it in and ask “would this get full points? what’s missing?”
way better than asking it to write everything from scratch, and detectors are way less likely to freak out because it’s still mostly your own writing, just upgraded a bit 🧠✨
